I have convinced my bf to use Allo as a messaging app. We’ve enjoyed sending pictures of Bender and asking Google to show us fancy hotels in the Caribbean.
But yesterday, Google took a turn for the sinister.
One of the features of Allo is that it provides a user with some pre-fab responses to texts. If I receive a message from someone asking “how are you?” messages such as “Fine” “Great!” or “OK” pop up, allowing me to answer with one tap.
But then, there was this:

“No you aren’t?”
Why is Google trying to start a fight?
